SHIPPING information
Below are all the shipping offers available for Goddess Skin merchandise orders.
DOMESTIC
- FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders of $100 and above(Please allow 4-10 business days for processing and shipping to receive your order).
INTERNATIONAL
- No Free Shipping is offered at this time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING COSTS + DELIVERY TIMES
Orders must be placed by 11am ET to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1-2 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

HAWAII AND ALASKA
For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we offer 4-Day shipping services with all merchandise orders of $100 USD and above.
Standard shipments for any merchandise orders under $100 USD.
P.O. BOX
If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, packages will be sent via USPS.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer Express and Standard shipping services for international orders. Where available, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Applicable import duties, taxes, and fees are calculated in your selected currency at checkout.

STANDARD (DUTY + TAX PREPAID)
- Delivery is approximately 4-9 business days after the time of shipment
- Pre-paid duties and taxes at checkout (DDP), no additional charges upon delivery
- Package is traceable and your shipping confirmation will include tracking information
- Delivery will be made by a local carrier
EXPRESS (DUTY + TAX PRE-PAID)
- Delivery is approximately 2-6 business days after the time of shipment
- Pre-paid duties and taxes at checkout (DDP), no additional charges upon delivery
- Package is traceable and your shipping confirmation will include tracking information
- Delivery will be made by DHL Express
PLEASE NOTE
- Orders are usually packed and ready to ship 1-2 business days after the order is placed
- A “business day” is Monday through Friday, excluding United States holidays
- Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number
- International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates
- All prices listed on this page are quoted in USD. All prices at checkout and while shopping is displayed in your selected local currency
- Duties and taxes vary by country/region of destination and will be determined during checkout
- Shipping, duties, taxes, and applicable fees are nonrefundable for undeliverable or refused shipments
- International orders cannot be shipped to an APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses
- International order totals cannot exceed $500
DUTIES + TAXES REFUND
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping, duties, taxes, and fees. Refunds will be issued for the product price. If you are returning a purchase and were charged for duties and taxes at checkout, you may be eligible for a portion of the duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for information.
APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES
All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.
MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
We can only ship to one address per order.
BUSINESS DAYS + HOLIDAYS
All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders must be placed by 11am EST to be processed on the same business day, otherwise it will be processed the next day.
Packages do not ship from our center on the following holidays:
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
- New Year’s Day
TRACKING ORDERS
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. You can also contact Goddess Skin Customer Service to track your order.
